Looking for advice and a working prototype

Hi there I am looking for advice/help/designer and maker for an idea I have for transporting dogs. The idea is there but the 'how to' to properly design and create it, isn't. My best guess at materials used would be steel tubing, hard plastics and perspex. This is an invention really, I haven't seen this on the marketplace before. I'm open to advice and other solutions other than what I can imagine however. Thanks for looking Angela
