Property on a sloppy and uneven ground

Hi there, My property is based on Totara Height, it was built around1987 on an uneven sloppy ground There are quite few cracks around the wall and ceiling caused my concern, then I got a builder to come over, he suggest to get structure engineer, then again I have been advised to contact geotech engineer Can anyone give me advice please Photoes attached FYI Thank you Rosemary
