Valuing an unfinished building job

We need help with valuing our non-completed construction. We started our building project with a construction team but they did not deliver what they had signed in the contract. On the completion due date, we were still at the foundation level of a two stories house. We have already terminated our contract with them. We need to get a value of the work they have done so far according to the contract against the money they have received so we could get refunded our deposit or any amount we are entitled to.
