Guidance for Future Work

Hi We have a 1960's 2 story house that we would like to renovate in the near future. There are a few jobs that we would like to do, but we are unsure if they will affect load bearing walls etc. We have all the original plans for the house, and we are after someone that can give us some advice. The jobs would be -Knocking out a wall between the kitchen and dining -Turning 2 single garages into a single garage -Moving a pole from one side of a beam to the other. Thanks Deane & Cherie
