An outer corner of our house has been dropping during the dry summer. Our house has a concrete floor and Block walls, built 1970. The corner was initially an outside patio with the existing concrete tile roof and corner remaining. We have two ranch sliders that were installed approx two years ago. when installed it was noticed there was a slight slope but had not noticed any changing. This last summer we had the outdoor decking and paving replaced immediately outside this corner. after the paving and in the very dry summer we notice cracks in the blocks and one door become hard to open/close. Since the recent wet period we have noticed it came back up and the cracks have closed. but not completely normal. However we still have concerns for next summer and if the corner is stable.
