Load calculation and sign off for council
Job description
Have old house that we have open planned out. And two beams where added to help with the span, were some walls removed. And council need us to confirm the beam in place are ok for the load. It now has --- ) over about 3.7m so no large span with with a tin roof So we are after check of what we have, Plus sign off that ok With a producer from you as engineer so we can tick a box on some inspector form. The roof is simple long run With wooden framing Photo attached show details of what we have. And I have drawn on photo dimension of what can see in the roof Its all closed in now so only access to see and check things in loft space. So if could have quick review of images See if think is ok for the load. And quote on a price for site visit and producer statement that we can give council. About on site most day, so can do when suite.

Help with some plan work that sent to council, just need to clean up his documents and would be very good with just little more time spent on details.
