We need someone to come and check whether a wall has a low beam between the kitchen and dining room. We ware wanting to take the wall out to create an open plan space.

We originally found Ambrika on Builderscrack but she contacted me that she would drop the job and go private as not to incur fees. She arrived an hour late. No tools, no device to read our property file as she advised she would. The issue was inside the roof which she knew, she had no ladder to get her up there to view the roof. I had to get her a stool on which she stood and took photos, never attempted to get up in the roof. Waited over a week for report after contacting her several times.
