Part of my 1960s house is not straight. It is out by a few cms (I only found out after installing a ranch slider that won't stay open. Other doors and windows also have difficulty opening). I live in Pakuranga, on top of clay soil with split concrete slab and piles foundation and have medium sized trees nearby. Could I please get a quote for a geotech report to investigate what maybe causing the issue?
