Load bearing wall removal Design

Looking to get ball rolling on removal of a wall. Exposed beam ceilings between a lounge and kitchen has a wall in centre 6.5m long which we are wanting to remove. Best guess is it will require a engineered design for beam. Have plans of house available. Also want to remove 1 section of wall separating lounge and dining which dose not appear to be load bearing but unsure if beam will effect that.
