I spoke to council which put footpath and railings on side of property (left from top view).
There is no drive way now, and they are afraid about road safety and want civil engineer input.
My question is ballpark cost of making driveway there.
I spoke to another guy from Mangawhai (local) and he thinks that if geotech report is positive and we can fill and retain bottom
of the property, it still might cost us ~50k
Whists if its bad and we need to build some platform is more likely 70k+
I mean both "quotes" seem pretty insane to me, I would like to get more opinions....
This is pre-purchase decision, and asking price for this land is around 90-100k but still if just drive way will cost 50k...its probably not for me.
