I purchased a lifestyle lot (... ) in PAHI Rd, Paparoa Kaipara district Northland. This was part of what still is a dairy farm.

I would like to initiate a concept of a "Private Domaine" x 5 lots (see below) or more (Max 8) if you advise this a more viable process.
The idea is to lay the foundation for a small Getaway DOMAIN dedicated to an upmarket buyer. I am looking for qualified person to lead such a project

- 3X 5000M2 Lots (1x to go to each of my 3 Children)
- 2 lots of 3000M2 (nearest to water edge)- sell. these.
OR
8 X Smaller lots of + 2500M2,

A wraparound Clay driveway with a short pathway to water-edge for Domain residents to capitalize on as a Picnic/social gathering area.
I understand that queens Rights would need to be applied?.
