Assessment-Pole House

We are looking for w pre-purchase inspection of a house on poles in Point Howard. There has been some soil erosion, but the house seems sound and all the poles are inline and look in good condition. I cannot find the depth of the poles on the council website, only a document indicating that the engineer will decide each depth.
