Advice on deteriorating concrete porch, driveway, and footpath

My property was built in 1976 on a slope. The concrete porch, porch steps, driveway and footpaths on the property are all showings signs of needing to be either replaced, or repaired. Additionally, a (consented) small conservatory sits on the porch. Before committing to the work, I wanted advice from a structural engineer on the best approach, taking into account the slope and the type of land etc.
