Wellington Fault Line Engineering Report

Listing on behalf of my client. They are needing an engineer to provide an assesment report for the position of the Wellington Fault Line in relation to the property. The Client is wanting to extend their property so we need to know the distance from the fault line as the District plan requires more than 20metres from any new building or structure. "14H 2.1.1 Matters in which Council has Restricted its Discretion and Standards and Terms (i) Safe Separation Distance of Structures and Buildings from the Wellington Fault: For all structures and buildings, an engineering report will be required to confirm that the Wellington Fault is not within 20.0m of any proposed structure or building, or that the necessary engineering precautions have been taken."
