Hi there I would like to enquire about Geo tech engineering services you can provide please. A few weeks ago, due to heavy rain there was a land slip at my property in harbourview. The city council has issued a dangerous building notice and requires a Chartered professional geotechnical engineer full assessment / report before we are able to occupy the property again. There has been several engineers sent by the city council and my insurance company in the last few weeks who have confirmed that the property is safe to occupy but this has not sufficed the requirement of the city council notice. Can you please advise if you are able to provide this expertise? If this is within your services, please can you provide a rough quote of the job and also a likely timeframe this can be conducted? It is likely that we will need a retaining wall installed to help support the hill as all the forestry has slipped away and at risk of further slippage with more rain. Do you also provide services in relation to design of retaining wall? If yes, can you please also provide a quotation for this? Thank you Judy
