Design Beam to replace Load Bearing walls

Hello I have been trying to find right way of reaching out to the right person and seems like i Need an Building Engineer. I need to remove 2 Stupid Walls from my house - they happen to be Load Bearing or at-least one of them is load bearing wall. These walls go end to end from one corner to other but i only need to remove them for half the house size or even lesser just to make kitchen and lounge open So if an engineer can come to see these walls- and design the size of Beam and a Licensed builder can do the Beam work and Engineer can sign it off and i dont have to wait for stupid consent to make my lounge and kitchen open plan not sure if an Engineer can sign it off and i dont need to get consent and council wait, But will be great if this is possible i am happy to proceed with this pretty fast if needed.
