Structural Engineer Required for Failing Retaining Wall

We have a brick retaining wall with a fence on top that has a crack in the mortar, wrapping around one corner. The crack has slowly gotten wider over the last few months, so we suspect a drainage issue may be to blame. We require a structural engineer to inspect the wall and construct a plan going forward to either resolve the issue or replace the wall. Ideally we would like the initial consult to take place ASAP, and any further work in due course.
