Geotechnical report for potential section purchase

I need to get a geotech report completed to make sure the building platform is suitable for building, as it is on an elevated section with three steep sides sloping down. I have 15 working days to complete the due diligence before the offer goes unconditional. I also want to check where a potential septic system and water tanks could be located on the property. Thanks!
