Drainage Fix up

Advise and implement a solution to drainage problems on house site. This includes; 1. drainage from lawn on upper slope of section 2. identify and fix drainage issue against house which is causing subsidence 3. Trench for electrical connection to garage This job may include excavation and or removal of a retaining wall and fill which we believe may be causing water retention and from that the subsidence. We are expecting to do a separate post to deal with the subsidence itself but we will consider advice on that and may do them together.
