we are planning to buy land and looking for mortgage. Bank asks us to offer the whole plan of whether it is ok to have a tiny house or relocatible house on this land and how much it will cost including apply for the concent from city council for the house, ecletricity line, water line and sewer line, how much it will cost for connecting these lines to the house position. If we are allowed to have a tiny house, how much it will cost including electricity and plumbing. If we are allowed to have a relocatible house, how much it will cost including delivery, whether insurance needed during delivery, foundation, setting house on, electricity, plumbing, paintin, carpeting... we need to provide housing building plan with really clear plan details and exact total cost for every thing. We need all these things done as soon as possible if we want to buy the land with mortgage.
