Wanting to put an offer for a section of land in Lower Hutt and need an expert to help us assess how far down the bedrock is on this section for the foundation costs. It is a time sensitive job as the property is being sold right now and its next door to my house and I would like to buy it. The section is also on a hill and we might need to install a cable car to get access to it, so need a cost estimate for that as well. Have no idea what this should cost so very negotiable on the approximate budget outlined below Thanks in advance for your assistance
