Hi, we live in Silversteam Upper Hutt, recently we got a single level house built in 70s , and we just noticed that the house is apparently leaning to one direction (for 2 bedrooms) - my builder friend suggested me that it might be the settlement due to the age of the house, while it might be worthwhile to find a structural engineer to have a closer look. May I kindly ask if you/your company would take the structural check project from this residential house (e.g., identify the problem, any related risk assessment etc.), and if so could you please let me know how much it usually costs ?
