Hi I attach a copy of a Certificate of Title for my Dad's land. He has recently passed away, and the title has been transferred to the names of the Trustee. We are looking into subdividing the land into three parcels or four parcels so that we can put a town-house on each section for sale. I have also heard that we may be able to sub-divide into four pieces of land. Can you please provide us with your quote for a concept plan for sub-division of the site.
