Retaining wall

We have a large amount of dirt to come out and a large retaining wall will need to be constructed. As per Resource Consent we will need Charted Professional Engineer to design the wall, and supervise the earthworks and construction. We are now in the Building Consent stage and council have requested that this be submitted before approval can be given.
