Need a structural engineer to inspect a property in Petone after the Earthquake we had earlier today. The property is a ground level warehouse of concrete and steel construction with 1st floor office to the front with carparking underneath. The property has no damages from the earthquake. Just need an engineer to inspect property to satisfy the tenants that the property is ok. More for peace of mind for the tenants.
