Would like the following inspected (and a report on) a 1950's bungalow by a qualified structural engineer: - Chimney with small cracks in plaster. To assess integrity / safety of the chimney / cause of damage / and recommended repairs - Assess whether there is subsidence on one side of the house, the cause, and recommended remediation to element cause.
