Report on foundations and under floor

We have our house on the market and relieved this feedback. Need costs to evaluate please We were very disappointed with the lack of specific detail in the building report we received which is why we got Angel & Les to take a look. Les (who has 40+ years experience as a plumber and trades) identified evidence of lots of moisture under the house with signs of the ground shifting around the foundations. The levels of the main bedroom and rooms adjoining are all over the place with bowing and angled floors in every room. There really needs to be a geotech report done on the ground under the house and the foundations evaluated. T
