I am wanting a structural engineer to give advice draw plans for;
1. Designing a mezzanine floor into a ceiling/roof cavity in a tall building.
2. Designing a pile design to place the above building on.

Basically the building is 7.9m * 7.2 m, internal stud height 3.6m
