Bored pile design for relocation house by geotechnical engineer

I’m relocating a dwelling approx 120m2 onto a site in Jervois st. and am on a VERY tight timeline. I require a structural design for bored timber piles as well as PS4 inspection and sign off. I have the geotech reports done on the site to access. I would need the design aspect to be completed by Wednesday 13th November as my relocation company and draughtsman need to adapt the plans for the council building application and be able to apply by Friday 15th if I’m to have any hope of being in before Christmas. If I can’t meet this deadline then it will be late January. Detailed Job description: 1) Pile Foundation Design; Design (PS1, calculations and sketches) of the foundations. 2) Design review and building consent sign off by a Chartered Professional Engineer. Construction monitoring of pile holes: Geotechnical site supervision and PS4 sign off by a Chartered Professional Geotechnical Engineer (CPEng) 1. Inspect of the pile hole depth and confirm ground bearing. 2. Review and sign off (PS4) by a Chartered Professional Geotechnical Engineer. Look forward to hearing from you, Iris
