Mitre10 MEGA Hamilton - Signage

We are needing a CPEng to review and sign off on some signage to replace the old signs. It is like for like. Our land lord is requesting Resource Consent from the Hamilton City Council. However speaking with HCC, they say that if the signage is designed, or reviewed and signed off by a CPEng, then we will be exempt from resource consent and we can go ahead and replace the signage. Our Support Centre who sends the specs to the Company we are using for the signage, are unable to supply us with the information that we need.
