Check proposed site for Tinyhouse

Planned movement of a Tinyhouse on wheels from HCC (Hamilton City Council) to WDC (Waikato District Council). We need a safe path and process on rural roads to tow the Tinyhouse, to find a way to get tinyhouse onto the property, and a certificate for the final site where it will be parked for 24 months. Knowledge of resource consent requirements and options to mitigate problems will be helpful.
