pre purchase building inspection

hi we are looking for a qualified builder to do a prepurchase building inspection on a property in waiuku will also be looking to either get quotes on the house to then either fully renovate inside or be advised if needs to be demolished.. also have a 2nd house we want quote on do renovations in order to help us decided which property to purchase. would like this te be done sometime by end of the month (may)
