Our family are wanting to build a house for our Grandmother on land that is near a river and has a steam at the rear of the section. it's prone to flooding and the site will need raising. as we've no experience at all; we'd like to know what if a Geotech Quote for a report and someone who is able to explain what we need to do next. We have had a survey done and are in contact with council.
