Hi Team. I own a home at 15 Cherry Grove Tuakau. I would like a registered surveyor to subdivide my property in to two or three sections. I have a small 80/ 2m house on the property where i am living and it located pretty much central on the property. if possible i will need to live on the property as the new build happens but not sure if that can happen? The property is 1150 / 2m and there is plenty of area for truck access. I am on a very tight budget. I'm not an investor or anything of the sort. I brought this property in January this year as i saw an opportunity to make some coin. I will need new driveways and whatever else is need i/m not sure? Thanks heaps Team :)
