Building site on a slope near Pakaraka, Moerewa

I have the parcel of land on a slope. I need help preparing a professionally made project plan for earthworks required for building the site for a house, another little site for a studio, a site for a garage and drive way to all the above. The project needs to include site surveying and analysis of the ground (drilling I suppose) and be suitable for Building and Resource Consent application for Far North District Council.
