Lintel/Beams and Bracing

Looking to add a 16m2 approx extension onto the back of a property, please see the plans attached. New beam position in Yellow as wing wall is getting removed. Will need an estimate of costs including site inspections, sign-off etc. Planning/consent is required but will be applying for exemption as its such a small project. Only looking for engineering quotes, no other trades need apply.
