Determine if piles need to be replaced

Hi The original EQC scope of works (2011) stated that 4 piles need to be replaced. However, after investigation via a building report we cannot find any that have been replaced nor could find any that have been damaged. The report also highlights that the floor levels are within acceptable levels. We want to find out if there was an error in the report or if some piles do need to be replaced What we want quotes for: 1- Identify if any piles need to be replaced 2 - If any piles do need to be repaired and once we have completed the works, we would like this person to be able to "sign-off" and confirm the works done to an acceptable standard. We can provide the scope of works and building report if required. We need the quote for this by Wednesday 31 March, COB.
