we need someone to help with our pole shed. The contractor had water in the holes then when the water level dropped they cleaned the holes out with an auger taking the level from 1200 to 1500 plus. The council now say the 300kpa is in question and want an engineer to look at it and come up with a solution. Is there anyone in the central hawkes bay area that you know of that would be able to help us out here. Stuffed if we know what to do and the contractor (who at one point was keen to build the shed or die) now seems to have cold feet and is expecting us to come up with a solution/ engineer to fix the problem. Because of the water table maybe we should have looked at having the posts pile driven. can any one help.
