Beam and ceiling Inspection

I'm renovating the lounge of an old state house and have taken the gib off the walls and ceiling. There is a beam in the lounge that doesn't seem to be supported correctly. I would like to find an engineer who could come over, take a look, and give me some advice. Thankyou.
