Bank Report for new build

Verify residential build costs for a bank construction loan approval. 130m2 cedar Weatherboard home on timber piled foundation. Build contract in place for building work with owner quotes for subtrades and fittings. All will be provided to QS along with building plans, consent etc. Bank wants to verify total cost estimate to achieve Code of Compliance based on all of the above. Seeking a quick turnaround time. Please advise cost estimate to prepare the bank report and earliest availability.
