HI there. I have a plans for a small house extension. I require the plans to be reviewed and digital CAD supplied for: - SED beams and posts, fixing and relevant items as per mark ups in plans. - Any structural items which are out of NZS3604 and 4229. - Wall bracing plan and calculation. - All relevant documents for building consent submission. - RFIs (If received) It's quite important that I find someone to start on this straight away and be completed in a fast time frame as there has been massive delays on our end, so I'm running out of time with this being booked in and completed before Xmas.
