Structural engineering for Building Consent. Extension to existing home, structural engineer required to support architect with Building Consent design. Plans require ground floor foundations to bridge town drain line. Structural engineering for this foundation and timber frame beams and windwall as required. Geotech Report is available to inform structural foundation design. Site surveying including drain line levels and ground levels is already completed and available. Engineering design is able to commence very soon.
