Hi, i am wanting to build a house on my rear section, but it has 3 council pipes and is in a flooding zone. Council requires a flood report and cctv for the pipes. Need someone who knows how to deal with such issues and what it would cost? I have to lodge a resource concent so wanting to involve an engineer to help us with the issues please..
