Amending unit title survey: I own a house in remuera which is on unit title. Their are 3 units on site. Unit C (my unit) went through an extension project, which is now complete with CCC issued. An agreement was signed with the other 2 unit owners that post constructions, common property boundaries will change and I will bear the cost. hence site coverage analysis will be required. Topographical survey has already been done last year. We now need to amend the unit plan, possibly submit a recourse consent application and LINZ lodgement. I will have to involve lawyer at some stage as well
