Raise block wall

I need my block wall raised by 200mm (one block is --- ) And to reinstate the top cap ( --- ish). I don't mind too much that the step will change the asthetic. Its only the two sections of wall that are lower than the others. I intend to install a 400mm high timber slat extension on top of the wall so potential reinforcing may be required.
