20 Cecil road chimney

I am soon to replace my old corrugated iron roof with colorsteel. The concrete/ brick chimney needs to be reduced to ceiling level. The fireplace is still in use with a 6 year old wood burner so we need to make sure it's all safe and the roof can be rebuilt around correct flue etc
