Old Fire-Place Reno

Convert an existing fire place from an internal to an outdoor fireplace. The fireplace has been jibbed over inside and is no longer operational from inside. It is on an exterior wall and the majority of the fireplace is outside. I would like to remove the back, extend it out and reline it internally, connecting to the same chimney. This will need to meet local council fireplace standards as I will need it to be signed off for use. The time-frame for this to be completed before mid December though I'm flexible with timelines. If you are willing to come look and quote the job this would be greatly appreciated.
