Chimney and Fireplace restoral

I’ve noticed some cracking to the exterior render of our chimney, as well as the original interior fireplace. Looks like a rusty bar and some water has been getting down. This isn’t used for heating, but would like to have it restored for aesthetic and structural reasons. Potentially a facelift to the tiled fireplace area too
