Alarm problem

Chorus advised our alarm was interfering with phone line. they disconnected 1 wire, hence the monitoring company cant pick up the signal. They want to charge $160. plus to come have a look. Too much i think. need someone to check it out. If good price will keep on as alarm tech. its a condor 4. you will need the alarm box key as i have misplaced mine. Required asap please.
