Grave surround to be fixed and tiled

We put in a cement surround around our mums grave in Mangamuka cemetery. It is chipping in places and we would like it fixed. We also want to know if it would be possible to have it tiled once the sides/edges have been smoothed. We would like to have this completed by the end of February if possible.
